The weather is finally starting to feel like summer (even though tomorrow is supposed to be cold again) which means lots and lots of barbeque's....so I thought I would share a favorite recipe that is perfect for all those get-together!
And its easy-peasey
2 cans of black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can of corn, drained
your favorite jar of salsa
2-3 avocados, cut up
Mix all together and serve with chips!
Enjoy!
