Ahhhhhhhhhhh!!

look what I got!!!  Can you believe....I have wanted one for-ever and the day finally came.

...now all I need to do is learn how to use it. 

Lillies Valentines Box

Yes, I'm one of those mom's that thinks her child needs to have a very elaborate Valentine box, LOL!!  So we I made this one.....

 ...No, really, Lillie did help me glue on the cupcake liners, but when she was sleeping or not at home, I might have added some more.

this is what we started with

 we glued them on with a hot glue gun.

and Lillie really does love it...can't you tell by that cheesy, toothless smile!!

Valentines Mail boxes

Ok, so I made these probably about 3 years ago, but they are so cute that I thought I would re-post them.  And I did see the mailboxes again at Target the other day, but hurry they go fast.








I can't get enough of these mailboxes from Target's dollar spot. I made one for all of Lillie's friends. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do for the boys I didn't want them to be to girly, but I did add a few hearts.... It is valentines after all. I'm also making cupcakes for there family's and will be putting the cute little elephant tags on the plate of cupcakes.

Valentines Book Wreath

I made this wreath the other day during Easton's nap,  that's how quick you can make one too....

 I'm sure that you don't need a tut on it, but just in case you do...here ya go...........

1. Cut out a circle out of cardboard, I used a cereal box

 2. get your book an rip out a bunch of pages and cut them down to 5x5, make a cone and staple the bottom together

 3. start gluing them to the cardboard circle, I used a glue gun

 4. keep gluing

 here is what it will look like when you have glued them all on

and of course you need something in the middle to make it look valentinezy, I cut out a scallop 4" circle with my cricut and some hearts then made a little garland with the hearts.

 I used two sided tape to attach the scallop circle, so that way I can change it out for different Holidays!

I'm not sure if that is even a word, but its going to be my word...

How about I show you a scrapbook page every Thursday and we will

call it, Scrap-tastic-Thursday.

Its really hard for me to get a good picture of my scrapbook pages. 

I haven't found that perfect spot in my house to take them.  So I'm giving you what I got...

These pictures where taken about a week before she turned two. (so she's almost two)

I had ordered some pictures for her party from persnickety prints, and can I just say that they are awesome!!!  After I had placed my order online, they actually picked up the phone and called to tell me that one of my pictures that I wanted in a certain size was not going to work.....who does that.... well, they do.  So the awesome man on the phone told me that he would send me a free 12x12 since it was not going to work in the other size that I wanted.  Plus their prices are incredible.   You really need to check them out.

Tell them that Amber sent you, you wont get a discount or anything for free.  I just wanted to say that.

Paper: so old, I don't remember

I love this girl

I haven't scrapbooked since probably before Halloween.  I go thru spurts where I either like to scrapbook, sew, make something with paper other than a scrapbook page or do nothing.  I started working on this page and it took me about a week to finish it.  I only would sit down and work on it for about 5 min and then get bored and walk away.

 I love this girl
