Lillie's Birthday Festivities

Lillie had quit the birthday this year.
We do birthday parties every other year,
so this year it was party on...
and that is what we did......

Lets start from the beginning......
Good morning, BIRTHDAY GIRL!

Sad little sister because those presents are not for her.

Birthday breakfast, french toast...yum!

Happy little sister, once you give her some food.

All ready for school and receiving some birthday wishes!

Moving on to her birthday dinner....
Ok, So I don't have any pictures of dinner, but we made her favorite,
which is chicken Alfredo.
So moving on to cupcakes and presents...

 Thinking of her wish!

 Such a nice big sister.

 receiving more birthday wishes.

 Thank you G-Ma!

Happy Birthday, Lillie

Happy Birthday Lillie

Today, my little Miss Lillie Bugs is 7!

7 things that I love about this girl....

1. That she is mine. (and her dads)
2. Her smile.
3. She is always...... most of the time, so nice to her little sister.
4. She always wakes up in a good mood.
5. She is an awesome reader, and when I say awesome, like she is in the 1st grade and she is on a 4th grade reading level...so awesome!
6. She loves to help me do everything, cooking, crafting, you name it she is always there to help me.
7.She loves to watch those manly shows with her Dad, anything that comes on the Discovery Channel or Animal Planet.

Happy Birthday, Lillie!

The story of Lillies tooth...

Once upon a time there was a little girl named Lillie,
who had a loose tooth, but would not let anyone pull it out.....

She tired pulling it out herself

but she was still left with that tooth.
So her lovely mother took her to the perfect place where she new someone that might be able to get it out.
So it was Nanny and Papa's house that we drove, (who where getting ready for a party.)

Papa says to Lillie, "let me just see how lose it is, I wont pull it out." So Papa looks...
And wouldn't you know it, the tooth is out
and this little girl didn't even realize that her Papa had pulled it out.
Best Papa ever!!

Thanks Papa!
THE END.

The first year we moved into our house I hung (taped) our Christmas cards to our coat closet it was really cute, but as you can tell it did wonders to my door..oopppss!
And yes, 6 years later we (I) still haven't fixed it.

 So instead I made this.

All I did was make my favorite "junk" bows,
purchased some of these:
17505 Command™ Picture Hanging

And WA-LA!!
So much better don't you think?

I love getting Christmas cards, going to my mail box in December is my favorite!

The Elf...

.....or as we call him, "Comet"  that is what the girls named him.  My girls love "Elf on the shelf" and the other night we got him out, read the story and let the adventure begin.....

He's just so cute, don't you think?
After we put him on the shelf the girls had a little dance party before going to bed.

Happy December!!
